Delivery

Delivery is a set cost of £4.20 per order.

My post days Monday, Tuesdays and Thurdays.
Smaller items are send by Royal Mail (which can take up to 4/5 days to arrive) and Larger items are sent with Parcel Force 48hr Delivery.

So pleaase allow a week for delivery.

Returns & Refunds

If you are unhappy with your items, I offer a no-quibbles return policy, and your order will be fully refunded when returned.

Lost Items

If an order is lost in the post please get in touch and I will try to locate it.

If an item arrives damaged please get in touch, with some photos of the damage.
